We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping. You may choose any courier service that is convenient for you. We will provide detailed instructions on where to send your package once your return request is accepted. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note: this applies to returns for a refund. If you simply need a different size, see Exchanges below — free return shipping for a size exchange applies to Sharkskin-branded products only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
For Sharkskin-branded products, we offer one free size exchange. If the size you ordered is not right, contact us at contact@sharkskineurope.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send you the new size together with a return label for the original item — you pay nothing for the exchange shipping.

For all other items sold on this store (partner and other-brand products not manufactured by Sharkskin), a size exchange can also be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order, but return shipping for the exchange is paid by the customer.

As with any return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. The replacement size is subject to availability.

For any other exchange (a different product, colour or model), the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
